- To conduct continuing search and research efforts for the Japanese descendants who are not yet members of the association;
2. To hold necessary screening and interview to ascertain the identity of prospective Nikkei members;
3. To provide the needed information and guidance to the members relative to the requirement of the Philippine and Japanese governments to obtain the proper identity as a Nikkeijin;
4. To put up an educational institution, preserve the history, language and culture of our Japanese ancestors and to serve as the legacy of the Nikkei community; and
5. To provide a health and wellness program for the members and the people in the community.
