Ceremonial NARRA tree planting by Madam Yuko Ishikawa, wife of Japanese Ambassador Kazuhide Ishikawa held on January 13, 2017 at the Public Cemetery in Mintal, assisted by JPVA former President Masataka Ajiro, Judge Antonina B. Escovilla, PNJK President, Brgy. Captain Ramon Bargamento and PNJK 2^nd Vice-President Juseven Austero.

MISSION

To make proper representation in the acquisition of the legal recognition from the Japanese government and initiate programs to serve the Philippine community.

VISION

The Philippine Nikkei Jin Kai, Inc. envisions the full restoration of the lost image and identity of the war-displaced Japanese descendants Society in the Philippines.

1. To be able to provide a detailed information to the members as to the requirements of the Japanese government and that of the Philippine government..
